DH Design provides custom home design services including floor plan design, exterior design, construction drawings, and related design services. Our services are provided subject to these terms.

• Custom floor plan design and modifications
• Exterior home design and 3D renderings
• Construction-ready drawings and documentation
• Design consultations and project guidance

• Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your project agreement
• We accept payment by check, bank transfer, or approved credit cards
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement
• Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in your specific project contract
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the custom designs for your specific project. However, DH Design retains certain rights:

• We retain the right to use designs in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Designs may not be resold or used for commercial development without written permission
• Modifications to our designs must be approved by a licensed professional
• Copyright of original design concepts remains with DH Design

• Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
• Revision rounds are included as specified in your project agreement
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges
• Client feedback and approvals are required to maintain project timeline
• Delays caused by client feedback or external factors may extend delivery dates

While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality designs, please note:

• All designs must be reviewed and approved by local authorities and licensed professionals
• We are not responsible for local building code compliance beyond our design scope
• Construction costs and feasibility are estimates and may vary
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services
• We recommend consulting with local contractors and engineers

Either party may terminate the agreement under certain conditions:

• With written notice if the other party breaches these terms
• Client may terminate with payment for work completed to date
• We may terminate if payment terms are not met
• Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued before termination
