Hi, Austin here, the owner of Divine Homestead Design!! A Residential Designer specializing in custom home design and construction documents services. I am an outdoor enthusiast, true blood cajun, amateur chef, creative, entrepreneur, and above all else a beloved son of Abba!

Divine Homestead Design was birthed from a dream to create and cultivate homes rooted at the family table. Home is not just where you lay your head to sleep at night but more importantly where sons and daughters are raised up in wholeness. That begins and ends with the family table, a table where you build connections, have difficult conversations, and invest in future generations.

Create homes where families can live in wholeness with the family table being the foundation. Cultivating spaces where family & friends can gather, commune and grow deeper together into wholeness!

Typically a new construction projects breakdown into four phases:

- Predesign: site analysis, floor plan program & budget with a local contractor (see our recommended contractor list below) (15% of fixed fee)

- Schematic Design: initial floor plan design & rough idea of elevations (30% of fixed fee)

- Design Development: finalize floor plan & elevations design (20% of fixed fee)

- Construction Documents: add dimensions, annotations & details to create permit & build ready drawings (35% of fixed fee)
